This 5,000sq ft house in a premiere road in London required complete refurbishment. The Clients brief is to modernise the whole house to include a self-contained lower ground floor apartment, a ground floor media room and entertainment area. The first floor is being reconfigured to create a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. This floor also gives access to a large external terrace where we have designed a “garden in the sky”. A roof top extension is being designed to house a games room and a home cinema system.
