Originally two flats, this 3,000sq ft apartment is being designed as the family home of a long standing Client of Malby Architects. The brief is to refurbish the entire apartment and create a family living area as well as an entertainment area that can be easily separated – this is achieved by a series of folding walls. The main spaces also need to be flexible to accommodate changing artwork.
