Malby Architects were approached by an existing Client to design a new building to consist of 15 new flats for assisted living accommodation. The site is currently vacant and overlooks green belt. The building is designed to allow occupants to take advantage of the views from their flats and there is a quiet sensory garden to the rear of the development. Front corridor access to the flats gives animation to the front of the building. The building is clad in western red cedar with red brick.
