Appointed by an existing Client, Malby Architects delivered two luxury holiday lets for Lakes Edge Limited. The buildings sit neatly into the surrounding landscape, each with private gardens. The detailed design and material selection were a key part of the process as the buildings are in close proximity of a Grade ll listed country house. Set in the delightful grounds of Pudleston Court, a private estate in Herefordshire, The Barn and Poachers Barn each have their own indoor swimming pools and have been finished to a very high specification. Working closely with the Client, Malby Architects also supervised the works on site and acted as Contract Administrator.
