MA dealt with the negotiations with the freeholder to obtain Landlord approval for the works.      It had been empty for many years and Malby Architects have transformed it into a contemporary 2 bedroom, 2 en-suite, open living apartment.

Moving the kitchen to the opposite end of the flat allowed some structural alterations to create a large living/dining area with an open plan kitchen. The high specification of this flat has been achieved by detailed discussions with the Client at the beginning of the project so that their ideas have been realised within budget.
